Guests who take advantage of the "Stay More, Pay Less" spa package will receive a 15% discount on other spa uses outside of the package. Promotional benefits are specific to the room and cannot be transferred to another room, person, or day guest. Transfers are only possible between spouses, children, siblings, or parents staying in the same room for the same night. Package benefits are fixed and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service. The offer cannot be combined with other offers. Guests staying with the spa promotion must make their appointments at the spa reception immediately after check-in. (Guests must be at the treatment area 15 minutes before their appointment time.) Appointment times remain unchanged. Guests wishing to take advantage of the "Cook Yourself, Eat Yourself Barbecue" promotion must visit the reception the day before to schedule an appointment. The "Cook Yourself, Eat Yourself Barbecue" (BBQ) hours are from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with an additional charge for earlier or later sessions. The promotions are valid for a limited number of rooms.

A marriage certificate is not required for male and female guests.

Check-in is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.

There are separate thermal pools for men and women, as well as a mixed-use thermal pool.

Alcohol is available in room service (for a fee). Furthermore, alcohol is not permitted in public areas.

The facility features an indoor pool with slides, an outdoor swimming pool with slides, a separate second swimming pool with slides that can be converted into a separate swimming pool for men and women upon request, and a swimming pool with a rapid flow.

The benefits of thermal water and mud include relief from sciatica, nerve inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis of the joints, rheumatism, spinal arthritis, intestinal diseases, and the elimination of kidney stones and grit.

There are Turkish baths for both men and women, thermal pools for both men and women, an indoor swimming pool for women, a salt room, a shared thermal pool, a shared indoor pool with jacuzzi, an indoor pool with slides, natural saunas heated with thermal water, walking areas in the garden, and services for the disabled, all free of charge.

There is one fixed indoor swimming pool with slides and a sun terrace for women. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool for men is open to men between 7:00 am and 11:00 am, to women between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm, and to men between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

Swim caps and swimsuits are required in the pools.

1.5 litres of water will be provided to each room every day.
